I’ve got some catching up to do with Becky at the Life of B‘s #JanuaryLight square photo challenge, having missed a couple of days (really busy, but no excuse!).
However, continuing with a plant and garden theme, raindrops make great spotlights as this close up of a fennel stem just after a downpour demonstrates. The delicate feathery leaves of this plant are just holding onto the droplets as the sun emerges to illuminate them – magical!

No worries about playing catch up, it is a challenge I know joining in daily. Your fennel is gorgeous this morning, I can almost smell it from here!
